Please include the patients name, the account number (if known), the date of service, the reason for your call and the phone number where we can contact you. We will return your call within the next business day. Sending private information by email is not secure. Please do not include any credit card numbers or protected health information in your email. All Radiology reports and films must be obtained from the hospital where services were rendered. We will be happy to make your images/films or reports available for pick up simply contact the facility. For our patients’ protection, the patient’s signature or that of a legal guardian is necessary for image/film pick-up. Privacy laws do not allow MBB Radiology and Facilities we provide services at, to release images/films to anyone other than the patient or legal guardian without written authorization from the patient. All individuals must present a valid picture ID for image/film or report pick-up.
