Whether you need to have a procedure done, resolve a billing or insurance issue or request images and reports for your physician(s), we will make every effort to address your needs as soon as possible.

We want to assist you if you have any questions about your bill or insurance claim status. Contact us by phone or fax, or send an email requesting a return call.

Our patient service lines can be very busy. In the event you are unable to speak with a representative when you call, please leave a message. Please include the patients name, the account number (if known), the date of service, the reason for your call and the phone number where we can contact you. We will return your call within the next business day. Sending private information by email is not secure. Please do not include any credit card numbers or protected health information in your email. All Radiology reports and films must be obtained from the hospital where services were rendered. We will be happy to make your images/films or reports available for pick up simply contact the facility. For our patients’ protection, the patient’s signature or that of a legal guardian is necessary for image/film pick-up. Privacy laws do not allow MBB Radiology and Facilities we provide services at, to release images/films to anyone other than the patient or legal guardian without written authorization from the patient. All individuals must present a valid picture ID for image/film or report pick-up.
